Development of online portal for nationwide data collection for NGO mapping

JICA-SSC

Proposed health expert worked with JICA as National Program Manager & Consultant Epidemiologist Study Team as Consultant Epidemiologist & National Program Manager for reviewing and re-designing of HMIS in Pakistan. The assignment was specifically focused on design and management of situation analysis of existing HMIS and disease surveillance system in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Further components of this assignment were “to design Organizational and Behavioral interventions for the new district-based DHIS model, developing revised data collection tools and instruments and training materials.

Aga Khan Foundation’s Mother Care and Child Survival (MCCS) Project

Proposed health expert worked to design Management Information System and Functional Result Based M&E System for CIDA funded MCCS Project of AKFP under implementation in Gilgit-Baltistan Province of Pakistan. The SOW involved consultations with key government and AKHSP stakeholders, refining result framework, designing MIS and M&E system including data collection

tools and instruments, operational guidelines and training material for the relevant staff. Finally training of staff to implement the system. The MCCS project interventions also focused on MNCH services, adolescent health, family planning, Community mobilization, Community Groups and nutritional interventions.
